I'd have been 100 times angrier than I am now if I had to pay this guy. He is a NJEA lawyer, pension appeals. He does not look into matters when something comes up; it may take DAYS for him to contact you. Once, to get out of dealing with a problem that got worse because he blew it off, he lied and said my email did not work, he couldn't send me a message. I informed him my phone line worked just fine-- and FIRED him. He lets TPAF walk all over him because he just is too "nice"-he called ME, and told ME to call the Board Secretary (something I had been told NOT to do now that I had an attorney) and let me rip her to shreds. If he doesn't think your case is a slamdunk,he will put pressure on YOU, the client, to make his case for him.He was rude to one of my doctors to the point she refused to testify in court.ALL of my MDs told me to trade him in ASAP,since he was allowing so much to go wrong with my case.Even if NJEAgives you his services for free don't use him.No respect for disabled!
