I was subjected to a bogus arrest and Mr. Penton recognized this. He communicated effectively with the prosecutor and they never even filed a charge. I was committed to a trip and he made arrangements for me, I went. I believe he is a good attorney.

I have used Mr. Penton on several occasions both for myself as well as for my family. I have also recommended him many times over the years to others. His knowledge of the law is quite obvious from the first time you talk with him. What impresses me more is his compassion for his clients and his unending desire to serve you with all that he has. He has character, integrity, ethics and morals. He treats you with respect and listens first then offers you the best in legal advise. His courtroom demeanor is impeccable both with fellow Attorneys and Judges. It is obvious he is highly respected by all. It is a rare these day to find a man who operates with Christian principles and is actually interested in you and your problem. No matter how big or small.
