This is one tough guy, he sued my divorce awyer and got a good result...very happy. I doubt the negative comments are genuine

This firm charged me a $5,000 retainer and did not work in fact all they did was talk. Before we even went to court I received another bill for $5,000. Their incompetence cost me my case and I am still recovering. They claim to look out for the little guy but there is a reason Gooch had his license censured. He is the kind of lawyer that gives all lawyers a bad name. These guys should be selling used cars not ruining lives!

Hard to find a lawyer who will sue lawyers I'm a court clerk and Have wittnessed him at work many times. He never gives up. Compared to others he is a real fighter. I'm guessing the other comments are from one of his opponents
