Did not contact me "his witness" until 1/2 hour before the hearing. Had to do the hearing by phone. No evidence can be presented telephonically. This "hearing" should have been postponed until the state (yes WA) had their act together. No wonder we are broke and pay millions of dollars to woodcarvers and the families of abused kids and adults to to an incompetent state government. Wish I could afford a real lawyer...or at least one who cared enough to do the right thing for a vulnerable adult. Ideas?
