Doesn't fight for his clients, let's them be disrespected, doesn't ask for very important information regarding a case, Goes from 1 end to the other for settlements, doesn't file notices with the court. Ignores evidence you put in front of him that would matter in a court filing. Skips procedure that would help you if you're being honest. Can't recommend.

Malcolm is a great lawyer and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance in real estate, family law, estates/will/powers of attorney and more.... He is thorough and has more then 20+ years of experience. You pay for what you get and he is worth every penny! Malcolm has helped my family and I am beyond pleased with his services.

Do not go through this lawyer, he absolutely gouges you of oney and did not work in my favour for in my divorce agrweement. WOuld not recommend him. I am paying after so many years with my spouse remarrying and still paying for spousal support, neverending! Stay away from this lawyer. HE IS ONLY AFTER THE MONEY AND NOT YOUR CONCERN.

Malcolm handled my separation agreement and recently my cohabitation agreement. Although both processes were at times confusing and took longer than expected, I found him and his staff to be very personable and knowledgable on all related subject matter and in the end I felt very satisfied with his representation.

I was referred to Malcolm 6 years ago after I was served with divorce papers. Although my circumstances were unusual he showed kindness and compassion and clearly explained what I was and was not entitled to. He and his aide Kim were nothing but compassionate and kind and I was made to feel like a person not just another case file in his office. Kim was fantastic and was there at every turn to answer my concerns and questions in a timely manner. I felt he responded to all my questions and was not there just to jack up the price. Since the resolution of my situation Mr. Graham has been extremely understanding about my money situation and has NOT ONCE hounded me for payment on my account although I do keep in constant contact to update he as needed about my bill. I wound easily recommend him to friends in a heartbeat. Thank you for all your help.

I have had Malcolm Graham as my attorney for about 10 years. He has completed a prenup, wills, divorce papers, business papers and a few real estate transactions. He is professional and very understanding in each of my situations. He saved me money by putting in a certain paragraph in my prenup. Kim is professional and organized. I'm not sure how or why Malcolm Graham has been rated so poorly. I have had a long, messy, painful custody/ divorce process. The lawyers that I had before finding Malcolm did nothing in the way of progress and did not have interest in helping me through such an awful time. Malcolm was the first lawyer to hear my story and help me. I have full custody now and am finally getting my life back. Malcolm was kind, understanding and knowledgable. In court he was firm and methodical. I had so much informaion and paperwork involved in my case and he somehow managed to weed through it all and create a case to help me settle everything properly. Kim, his aid, is amazingly kind and helpful. She has been so helpful and organized. Whenever I called the office she was on top of things and gave me information quickly when I needed it. I can't thank them both enough.

Absolutely terrible lawyer. This man needs his license taken away from him. Extremely disorganized and an embarrassment in court, has lost multiple documents that were given to him and then blames the client for never providing the information. Repeats the same pointless information in $350/hour meetings. Secretary is very poorly organized as well, doesn't get back with information that has been requested. Don't waste your money on this joke of a lawyer.

This thing is the laughing stock of the Hamilton Family Law community. He calls himself a proud Father, yet coaches his clients in to very selfish, cruel and harmful behaviour, instead of very simple resolution. Forces his clients to go to trial, when they have zero chance of winning.

He is one of the most horrible and incompetent lawyers I have ever encountered. He is not well prepared and he is out to gauge the average person. He over bills and never lives up to expectations. He is what makes the whole profession a bad one.
