Yes, all the bad comments are true! Beverly drained my retainer before I ever went to court. She is a liar and a con artist and insist she is knowledgeable because she has so many books in her office. She will cause more stress than your actual divorce. She does not work on your case and will make up charges that she met with staff in regards to the case. She bills you for her rate, paralegal's rate for phone calls and many other documents. Your income and expense declaration will cost you $500 or more and she will ask you to fill it out numerous times when nothing has changed. She is not professional, is late to court (will bill you when she notifies the court) and is intimidating, nasty and disrespectful. I really believe she is compensating for something, maybe it's her law degree? She will also charge you a filing fee that will swallow your retainer whole, leaving you gasping for air. There has to be some recourse, she has no regard for good clients, which I was.

Before I met Ms. Quinn, I had gone through 2 prior attorneys and my case was slipping through the cracks of the system. This particular attorney, who not only is very knowledgable, has a complete understanding of the family law system--where it fails and where it functions. She is an asset to this this field and will continue to be seen as one the respectable attorneys in the area. With her knowledge, vast experience (and her own personal experiences) she will always pursue what is in the best interest of the client--and especially the children (who tend to not have a voice in this system). Lastly, it can be said with reassurance and confidence, this attorney is coherent and has seen it all in her 46+ years in practice. It is difficult to find someone like her.

Basically all the bad is true. Quinn is also one of the most miserable humans to walk the earth. If you want to be robbed of a chance at winning or keeping your wallet then do not hire her! I have the bills to prove. She will fleece you and extort you by taking your retainer then doing nothing until she can figure out how you are going to give her the rest of your money.

I made the best decision by hiring Beverly Quinn as my attorney. I got my second Dui and expected to serve time in jail but I DIDN'T. Ms. Quinn got me out of this mess and I can't thank her enough. I would recommend her to my friends and family if they ever need a good attorney

She is excellent at selling herself to seem like she will fight for you until the death, but in reality she does the least possible, breaks promises, and breaks wallets. Yes, stay away from this attorney. She dragged my case by "forgetting" to sign my last judgement. They will only call you when they want a payment. I do not recommend her. They will make you waste more money by sending out paperwork to the other attorney and forgetting to put stuff, only so they can spend more time on your paperwork. $450 an hour, she is a joke. She has been dragging my case for over a year now, so I decided to go directly thru my exhusbands attorney and sign the paperwork. She is horrible, and her office paralegal looks like a 2 cent ****.She will mess up on your paperwork on purpose just so you can come back and sign. The only decent one there is Chris, the office manager.

WORST ATTORNEY IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!!! If you want to be the victim of fraud, lied to and NOT have your calls returned AND have thousands of dollars essentially stolen from you then she's your best choice! The office is dirty and the furniture is filthy! Most of the staff don't know what they're doing and will LIE to the clients. This CROOK will tell you what you want to hear up front, just like they ALL do! You will NOT find adequate representation from this attorney! Like most attorneys, she will drag your case out just to bilk more money out of the client! If there was a rating of zero she earns it by far!! At this office you will NOT be treated like a client, but you will be ignored and treated like a walking checkbook.
