Long story short, Greg was hired to help with a child support and custody modification. After initial consult he said the case was simple and would easily settle out of court. The opposing counsel filed a number of documents against me, Greg did nothing to go after my ex with information I have about her, stating that a settlement was imminent. After the first hearing (28 days after I hired him) I found out that he had showed up without even reading my entire divorce decree and got blindsided by the opposing counsel. He continued to assure me that he was negotiating a settlement, until I found out from my ex that no preliminary settlement offers had been extended. When I tried to contact Greg for answers he ignored me for 3 days then without explanation he filed a petition to withdraw from my case! He kept my entire retainer, and only sent me a portion of my legal file. I now have to hire another attorney and pay another retainer to deal with this mess.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and caring Greg had. Greg isn't only a great Attorney , he is a great person. not only will I use his services again , I will recommend him to anyone I come in contact with that needs legal help. you don't run into many people that have the integrity that Greg has.

Greg has been very helpful for me with my custody case. Greg has always been very patient in dealing with the questions I have had and he has always answered my questions with detail to help me understand the process for everything. Greg showed that he cared for myself and my son with much compassion and understanding of our feelings. This was my first experience with real custody issues and was also a move away case. I am really glad that I retained Greg Hardee to help me with my divorce. Greg was great to work with and did a great job guiding me through this process. He fought hard for me during the entire case but the best thing about the experience for me was that Greg was always available for me.
