Cary is very absent-minded and terrible at communication. He doesn't bring results. He's good at dragging on a case and still collecting your money until you give up and hire a better lawyer. He's useless. Don't waste your money on him. Hire a better lawyer that will bring results.

He states he's an elder law attorney but he can't help with Medicaid applications or setting up an OBRA trust, which are very common issues with the elderly. This means you'll have to hire ANOTHER attorney to accomplish these things. Very absent minded, many things don't get accomplished and have to be discussed again and again. Mediocre communication skills.

Very Poor Communication and charges are not documented at all. Goes to court for many clients on the same day and charges each one as though he is going for just them. Wasted over a year of time by making poor arguments and filing improper motions. Gave us very poor advice according to other attorneys.

Be careful with this attorney he sends bills without telling you what you are being billed for.Had a very bad experience with him and do not recommend using this lawyer.
