Gorth breached the confidentiality of a settlement agreement less than one month later by disclosing confidential financial information. Complaint was substantiated by the Law Society of Upper Canada and Gorth was disciplined. Never apologized to the individuals involved. Subject is very arrogant, and completely untrustworthy as a notary public and with confidential information.
