As my defense lawyer he never once mentioned to the crown that I was a victim of an assault with bodily injuries He refused to give me my file. I had to ask Barreau du Quebec to give it me for IVAC. My police report and hospital report for the injuries were not found in his file. I hired another lawyer who obtained my police report and hospital report which I presented to IVAC since I was a victim of criminal act for which I was compensated.

I was arrested on false accusations and fabricated lies on the police reports without any proper investigation. My lawyer never bothered to contact me and tell me what was written, on contrary he covered up an assault on me with bodily injuries, which he never presented in court during the hearings. I have the police report and the hospital report for the injuries that I sustained. I was send to detention, an innocent person. I was not allowed to take the stand and my testimony was never heard. There was no trial, no defense, no evidence presented of any kind, and no–cross-examination of the Plaintiffs and witnesses. Furthermore Julien Archambault said in court that I have mental disorder without any medial proof.
