I had the pleasure of having Ms. Gahrns handle a real estate transaction for me. She was meticulously thorough, finding out information previously missed by other lawyers about the history of the home, enabling me to make an informed decision and better negotiate the purchase. Her assistant Anne Guillet was equally helpful and thorough. The cost of services was reasonable, particularly given the high quality of work and dedication provided. My transaction had to occur quickly and both Ms Gahrns and Ms. Guillet went above and beyond to ensure everything was done in time. I will retain their services in the future and plan to have Ms. Gahrns update my will as well. I have been extremely satisfied with the services provided and have recommended Ms. Gahrns to friends and family

I have engaged Susan Gahrns as my lawyer for a number of transactions, all of high importance to me, including the purchase of a house, the sale of a house, the legal separation from my spouse and the drafting of my will. My experience in terms of the quality of Susan's work, her timeliness, knowledge, competence, clear communications, ability to represent me while always respecting my wishes has been very positive for all of these transactions. I have found her fees to be fair and reasonable. I rated Susan 4 for tenacity only because this particular skill has not been applicable in my situation, since none of my transactions have been adversarial. Susan has a highly competent and personable legal assistant in Anne Guiet. I have referred people I know to Susan Gahrns and will continue to do so.
