Johnny Berry doesn't make himself available to his clients. In my divorce and custody case his legal strategy was to do nothing and drag it out for a year or so. I requested that I would be able to approve and give my input on anything he submitted to the court. He did not allow me to do that. He submitted whatever he pleased. By the comments that were made to me he had no intentions of winning my case. I did all the leg work only to be charged $200 dollars an hour for talking to his secretary. I requested a court ordered DNA test and a temporary custody order. Johnny Berry refused to file anything for me. After several months of him doing nothing I gave him one week to do what I asked or else I would seek another attorney. He still refused and quit my case. Upon reading the itemized statement he produced it just so happened my bill was more than what I had paid him. He graciously forgave my debt. So...he acted like he did me a favor. This isn't the first time he's done this.
