Ms. Rahden was the court appointed Gardian Ad Litem in my case. Her total billing came to over $10000 for a 3 page report that was not accurate. I also piad $10000 for a psycological evaluation that was around 35 pages and this was well done and accurate. The evaluation report contradicted Ms. Rahden's report. There was also another study done to evalute my daghter's learning disabilities and this also contradicted Ms. Rahden's report.The court ended up going with the decision rendered by the psycological evaluator. I do not think that Ms. Rahden has the ability to act in the best interest of the child. I am glad that the Kane County Court system did. The thing I find most disturbing about Ms. Rahden is that she is lazy and fails to follow up on all things necessary to make an accurate GAL report. I never knew how I stood with her. The night before the trial she says I am doing a good job with my daughter. Then the next day at trial she had an opposite view.
