This guy never backed down. He kept me informed the whole way through. I could not of asked for a better lawyer. Got my case dismissed.

Gerard Perches was well prepared. He was able to help me. I would recommend him 110%. If someone says otherwise it is because he could not save them because they have been caught at least 5 times in a DWI. These people are hopeless. Yet they want to blame Gerard Perches.He is a great Attorney.

Get treated like another piece of paper and another paycheck when you hire this guy. He did no work. Disresectful. Unprofessional: "Look, chief". Lost police report. Lost affidavit of non-prosectution. Made no calls. Refused to meet and prep for trial. Claimed prepping for trial would be viewed as, "rehersing the witness" and claimed he never meets with clients to prep for trial. Who goes to trial without going over the facts with their lawyer?! Handed me a blank deferred prosecution agreement with no specific terms. Never got specific terms. Full of excuses. Never did even call me with trial date after date passed. Claimed prosectution would not accept my terms, yet when I hired a new lawyer they accepted my terms within 1 week.
