Mr. Graves is a perfect attorney. That's not a compliment. He lacks ethics or morals and will do anything to win a case. Truth is immaterial to him. All he cares about is winning and billing. He doesn't possess a shred of decency and would sue his grandmother if he thought their was money in it.

Are the posted ratings from prior clients of James Graves or are the posted comments from opposing parties. Rated 4.4 out of 5 by other attorneys. No client complaints or discipline by bar in 28 years of practice. No problems With Judges and former partner is a Judge. How are posted comments investigated to determine if actual clients? BV rated.

Ditto the other comments. Wouldn't know the truth if it *hit him in the face* Mud slinger is putting it mildly. Completely devoid of professionalism and ethics. Should be disbarred.

absolutely terrible attorney! Loves to bill for sending nothing but useless letters. Slings mud and is the epitome of why lawyers are called scum. Can't tell the truth and will drag on proceedings just to bill more.

This man will stop at nothing to rack up his billings hours. To call him unethical and/or a liar would be the nicest thing anyone could say. He embodies all of the amoralities that substantiate lawyer jokes (dirtbag).
