Do not use this lawyer. He lies in court, he does the minimum and gets paid. Prolongs court time. He should be meeting with the child in person but does everything via zoom. Do not recommend this lawyer. Contributes to child abuse specially alienation behavior from aligned parent. Not sure how this lawyer continues to represent children.

This “lawyer” I use that word very loosely in regards to Mr Robertson. He is terrible doesn’t do even the minimum amount of work it takes to do the job, relies on virtual meetings when he should be doing in person meetings , prolongs legal proceedings for no reason. Don’t ever use him as the voice of the child

After watching many lawyers in calgary in action in the courtroom I have no issue stating that James Robertson is by far the best! It's very clear that this man knows what he is doing and does it very well. Family court can be very intimidating but knowing that he is on your side as your voice or your children's voice is a very comforting feeling. Thank you Mr. Robertson for your professionalism, knowledge of the law, integrity and compassion. He truly is an amazing lawyer!

Commits fraud on the court. Engages in secret meetings, off the record, with judges against the law/Constitution. Is a mangina, liar and thief.
