My home could have been saved but he lied to me the whole time about what was happening. I would not be surprised if the bank paid him too. He kept telling to do all the wrong things, and did not support me,I went to a conference with him and Magistrate Judge Boland and was told that the bank was not responsible for the Broker, Underwriter or the Title Company. When questioning him about the statement Steven Janiwenski told me that the conversation was not a recorded one. Steve, lied and said that if the settelement agreement I was forced into did not work, everything would be back on the table and we start from scratch. Only to find out later after I begged him to enter a recision and that took him three months to follow upon; Janiswenski decided to something on the date that an article was published in the paper which was 4 months after the fact. I refuse to pay him another dime and I withdrew from Pre-Paid Legal which has to be a joke.
