Christine has been with my family since 2011… fought for me in court 5 different times since my ex loves to drag me to court… she takes payments and understands with my financial situation since I am a caregiver for my disabled daughter… Christine kicks a… She is frank and to the point… my ex has gone thru 3 different lawyers trying to get someone as adequate… to no avail… I wouldn’t want anyone defending my family other than Christine !!! Best lawyer in Indiana!!!

SHE IS THE WORST LAWYER EVER! IN LITTLE WORDS A INCOMPETENT. VERY DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE TOWARD HER CLIENT'S AND CLIENT'S FAMILY. MONEY HUNGRY. LATE. POOR COMMUNICATION. JUST STAY AWAY FROM HER SERVICES. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I would rate a zero in some areas if I could. I would wait weeks to hear back when I had a question and then the email came back from her secretary not from her. She did not do what she promised. She degraded me snd was condescending when I met with her.

One of the rudest people I have ever met. Very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable when it comes to her craft. All of the awful reviews that I have read are my exact experience with her. Stay away!!!

This lawyer has been reprimanded for not doing her job, causing the client to lose the case, then lying to the client about why the case was lost. Stay far far away

I cannot express how awful my experience was with this law office. I spent A LOT of money and did 90% of the work. They have terrible communication. The unprofessionalism is off the charts. Yes we won our case but not any help from her or her team. If ever I have to hire someone again I will find someone who can treat me with respect and guidance because I am not a lawyer and I didn't know what I was doing, that was suppose to be her job. Not mine! That's why we pay a "professional".

Do NOT hire this woman. She doesn't get it done. She's so concerned with getting paid and not at all about progression of your case. I'm 2 1/2 years and $6000 in and still no closer to being divorced than day 1, and my ex and I agree on nearly everything. She is ripping me off and has no qualms with that. She talks over you and YELLS if you try to talk (I literally told her to please not yell at me), she yells at other attorneys while discussing cases with her door open, completely unprofessional. Communication is nearly nonexistent unless she wants more money. I am far from impressed with her skills as an attorney and her overall lack of professionalism.

If you need someone who will take your calls on demand and be all "touchy feely" with you, then you may want to look for counsel elsewhere. If you want the BEST representation in a courtroom and counsel who is knowledgeable and strategic, this is your lawyer. She may not be everyone's "cup of tea", but if I'm ever in trouble and need the best counsel possible, I'm going to contact Christine DeSanctis.

If you're not in a hurry, which I was not, she is GREAT. She made sure that I got treated fairly and equally in my case. I was frustrated some in the slowness of communication, but I believe that is more me than her....since I'm a here and now person. I definitely will retain her.

She is very unprofessional. I don't care who you are you do not talk down to anyone. She is never on time and when she finally did show up for court it was an hr late. she does not respond to phone calls nor emails. very poor communication, very poor repor with people

Should you wish to utilize this attorney, please forward your fees to me as I would do a better job for you as a lay person that you can expect from this "lawyer." The Indiana Bar Association would LOVE to see these complaints, not only from this site, but so many other Google sites. She is the poorest excuse for an attorney than I've ever seen, and I've been in the business for close to 15 years. At least now we know from where all the lawyer jokes stem.

Ms. Descanktis is absolutely a poor choice if you value efficiency, professionalism, honestly and commitment to duty. She offered to handle a division of a 401k pension in my divorce before the judge over two months ago and has yet to begin doing so. Now that she has been paid my needs have shifted from client to past business. Rude, unprofessional and honestly very bad body odor.

Ms. DeSanctis has been very slow to respond (if at all) to any request. In addition, she has (on more than one occasion) been very rude to my family members. Her lack of action and unprofessionalism has added months to the estate liquidation she was hired to assist with.
