Don't hire Clay Pendleton unless you like throwing money down the drain and having him make your case worse than when you started. Absolutely ruined my custody case and put my child in danger. He couldn't even remember simple details and was never prepared for court. He didn't admit a single thing into evidence despite charging me for 30+ pages. The other party was caught lying on the stand yet Clay still failed to get anything done. Paperwork is always late and you may miss important court dates because he forgot to send the paperwork. He will lie to you about the law he is supposed to know and ignore your calls when you get in legal trouble by following his advice. He also lies about his fees and tacks on random charges he won't explain. When confronted with these issues, he will call names like a child and hang up on you. Be prepared to hire another attorney to clean up his mess.

Get your wallet out. Toss Him money for things he doesn't even follow thru with! You will never hear from him after the daily calls for you to hire him. You will never hear from him until the day before court (or usually the morning of )!!. To only pay him once again for what you already explained to him last month. For every hour you pay for him, expect to pay an hour for his paralegal, because he can't remember anything. Plan on your case dragging as long as possible. Plan on having to hire another afterward to clean up his mess! I would not suggest him to anyone!! Your time will be wasted, your case will be delayed, you will lose thousands! Most of all you WILL lose your case. Very unethical practice. He's just another attorney that stepped into his dads practice. He's ruining his dads (a good man ) name. He should be ashamed of how he conducts business, or the 'lack there of'. Everything stated he will do on his page is a lie, I have proof. So, of you want to lose hire him.

Poor service. Never returns calls. Did not do anything that was asked. More worry a bout talking to other lawyers in the court and getting new cases. All a bout the money and his side business selling body by vi.

Clay apparently has his head in the clouds and has horrible ethics. His misrepresentation in my case cost me time with my children and he charged me outrageous fees.

I attained Clay Pendelton for an attorney in a custody case. He did very little to help me in my time of need. My circumstances became worse with his council and I had to gain the knowledge to file my own motions.
