Took them 4 years to file my bankruptcy. My case was dismissed and never received a court date by mail. They don't have an explanation for the situation. They are tide and have been avoiding my calls. Seems they don't want to take fault for the situation. Never saw the Atty. Stay away from this form. Really bad service

He has been 'doing' my mother's bk for almost two years and she just received a paper of her case's dismissal. I went down with her and he said he knew about it all but stil didn't disclose anything to her. The 'flat' fee was 1,500 and so far she has spent over 2,300. I demanded a refund of the recent 450 she gave them for a suppose document they needed to fill out. WHICH ATTORNEY GETS PAID 450 TO FILL OUT A SIMPLE FORM!!!? I am furious with them and I'm on the move to report them. If you want to do it yourself, this is his bar number so you can report it to the Better Business Bureau... #242154

Poor communication! staff doesn't follow through with what they say their going to do. Only saw a lawyer for 10 mins during our actual Bk hearing. needed to speak to someone that actually is in charge like Raymond Liu never got a call back never in the office. Staff has bad broken english and hard to understand. Very difficult to work with. Didnt do anything to help protect us in a situation . Very poor representation! Stay away!!

One word describes both his effort and skill level, "awful." I have never had such dreadful service. This attorney was never prepared, during preceding saw him for no more than five minutes and he was busy helping his ten other clients. Man had the audacity to say my wife never disclosed information during the phone interview which she didn't have. I was the one who did the interview. Clients beware. Stay away!
