When talking about competent lawyers, seems like there's 3 types; 1-The very stiff extra professional hard headed cocky rich ones that take control but don't have enough time for you. 2-The more passive but emotionally supportive ones that try to do damage control, negotiations, etc. 3-The more down to earth but still knowledgable ones that are really honest. Mike is the 3rd. He is VERY honest (honest enough to even tell you when you don't need his services), a down to earth nice guy, the type that wouldn't piss off the judge by being too much of a stubborn @ss (like a lot of lawyers), doesn't rush you out of his office or think he's above you, and will give advice in legal AND personal manner so that you have some involvement/knowledge (instead of just following behind blindly not knowing what the heck is going on like my last lawyer). So if you're looking for this type of lawyer just like I was, call for the free consultation thing with him and see what's up! =)
