Excellent trusted quality work. I recommended Gina to everyone who asks me if I "know a good real estate lawyer"...I would always say, "yes I do"! Gina Ceci. She closed my home in 1998,and I was extremely happy with her work. Her quotes were accurate to the penny, I knew exatly what my closing costs were going to be and that was important to me. I tried 2 other lawyers for two previous homes before this and they were nothing compared to Gina. I felt cheated by the two other lawyers. I will always use her experience and expertise to manage the closing for any of my homes. Keep up the excellent work Gina Ceci!

Third time using Gina Ceci office to handle purchase/sale transactions. Have never had any problems or delays. Not sure, but perhaps that was due to my file being handled by Theresa P. She is excellent, thorough and professional. Thanks!

I will never use this law firm again. I have never been treated so rudely by a professional. If your deal fits within the cookie cutter, great, if it doesn't you will regret using this lawyer.

She provided me with a very poor service, making me work with clerks only, who failed to provide me with all the relevant information (especially as a first time home buyer). They were obviously annoyeded with my questions. The have not advised the required people causing money to be withdrawn from my account. I do not recommande this firm!

Sat on paperwork then denied doing so. Does not return emails. Never can talk to lawyer (Gina). Finally, when at wits end clerk Paula asks you to take business elsewhere?? Never encountered such incompetence. will file complaint with law society.

Do not return calls and do not offer sufficient level of support if problem arises. Receptionist is incredibly rude. They push paper, so this is all you need, they might be right for you.

not recommended period, till now almost a year of my closing date, my final sign documents still not sent to us. i got problem with property tax with builder portion, my husband was scan all the tax bills to them about a month ago, till now no one respond back at all. i have to pay the builder portion and was late on the decision so i got the interest charged on top of it. very poor services which treat their client like a garbage.

Probably one of the best real estate lawyers I have had to work with. The staff were helpful and were able to get my transaction closed even though my lender sent the instructions at 3:00 on closing date. Commitment and communication from the staff was amazing

Poor service first and last time I will ever use this law firm. I would rather pay double and receive excellent service than the sub par service I did receive. Refused the simple request I made, did not offer any valid or sound reasoning for doing so, thus costing me additional money. Would not reccommend this law firm to anyone.

I used Gina Ceci for my home purchase 6 years ago and she did not show for our appointment. One of her staff members worked with us. That staff member was so rude and disrespectful. I spoke to Gina about it and she couldn't have cared less. Well I'm buying a new home and I can guarantee 100% that I will NOT be using Gina Ceci. In fact I advise many acquaintances not to use her either.

Garbage lawyer, trust me, dont go to her. She missed important legal details in my purchase and sale agreement and easily could have cost me thousands of dollars. luckily after a lot of yelling things worked out in the end. When i called her on my concern, she didnt help me at all. When the whole issue was her fault in the first place. It was the builder who solved the problems in the end. Trust me, DO NOT USE GINA CECI
