It did take longer then I would of liked but it really didn't matter cause the calls stopped and karla did do a good job, if I ever needed help with anything they helped, i wouldd recommend going through karla, she drove through a big snow storm to meet me on our first introduction so you know she has your best interest.thanks

Personally, I'm shocked by the bad reviews on here. I'm glad I didn't read them before hiring Karla since I had nothing but a positive experience with her. She went out of her way to help me, emailed me when necessary and talked with me directly on the phone whenever I had a question, all without charging an additional fee. Her office assistant, Monica, was also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I can't thank them enough for guiding me through unknown territory and I've already recommended Karla to others.

This attorney was excellent, have no clue what these other people problems were but my guess is they got caught at doing something and are just mad at the world.

Don't hire Karla Kluzak, you can do so much better. She's an absolute joke to the bar association. Awful with communications as it takes her almost a week to get back to you on anything and when you call the office it never seems to be open. She let us know a few days before a hearing that she couldn't go and that we could represent ourselves. If you're checking ratings then you're already ahead of her game. Look elsewhere and protect yourself.

Very bad at communication. Their hours say 9-5:00 Monday through Friday. Not true they never answer their phone and when you do leave messages they do not respond. It's a two person office. Also very rude when asking questions. Would not recommend her to anyone!!!

Terrible lawyer that won't follow through on commitments, hire someone else. She is the laziest of the lazy and very slow to respond with useless information. You can do better

Ms. Karla Kluzak was an amazing and affordable lawyer. She was is easy to work with,. She explained every step through the judicial system. I wowould recommend her to anybody looking for a down to eart lawyer to work with.

I hired her 3 weeks before my trial. I week before trial she didn't ask me for anything at all, I offered her evidence my self. I paid her a retainer fee upfront and agreed for a total of $2500 with trial. One day before trial, she calls me up and tells me she needs $1000/per day of trial, we didn't even know if there was going to be a trial, she still wanted the money. She said she will resign if I dont pay her the money right away. Then she told me I am better off myself and that I will lose either way. She billed me for services not rendered. She also didn't resign when she was supposed to. She then billed me for staying on the case. I fired her. She is a liar, deceitful and only wants money and will not do the work. The only time she contacted me ever, was when she wanted money, that's as simple as that. Writing to the Bar Association after this.
