This man is rude, disrespectful and dismissive. He will punish you for asking questions. Yells at clients and threatens them. His reception workers are rude. He is not interested in helping, he doesn’t listen, he’s checked out and acts like he couldn’t care less. He cuts you off, and rushes you out of his office. Zero professionalism. He gets confused and doesn’t remember what he’s advised in the past, and laughs and mocks you for pointing it out. If you are a DV victim do not go to this man, he slams things down on his desks and creates a hostile atmosphere. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

I am the survivor of domestic violence. Charles Beckingham is the lawyer for the man who tried to kill me. Charles Beckingham breached the peace order dated Sept 10, 2020 on three separate occasions. There was to be no direct or indirect communication from my attacker. I knew my rights, I ignored Charles Beckingham's demanding letters, emails and court filings. Three months later, Charles Beckingham made an application to amend the peace order so that he could contact me legally. However, he did not disclose to the judge that he had already breached the peace order three times. anyone with the similar problem, please contact me. cheryl@hummingbirdguesthouse.com

extremly hostile and aggressive. Short circuits rules of the court and uses persons within the courthouse registry to achieve his goal. Commits purgery himself. Involves child in conflict (abuse). Calls other lawyer incompetient yells at them. Gets personal phone calls from registry. Will not except service on behalf of his client. Encourages contemptious behaviour. Ignores and will not respond. Misleads the judge. Creates divertions and will not deal with the real problem and gets away with it. Repeatedly asks for court orders on behalf of his client when they already have the right. Inflates his bills. Purposely maliously and intentionally finanicially, emotionally, and physically ruins lives and families. Twists the facts. Allows slanderous remarks. Is not honest about his clients contemptious behaviour. Changes court orders on his own accord. Breaks the rules of ethical and professional conduct. I feel he should be disbarred and held accountable for his actions.
