I’m not one to write recommendations; however, my experience with Kapner & Kapner compels me to do so. Going through a divorce is a difficult, tedious and stressful process. I couldn’t imagine going through this with any other attorney. Allison, along with her paralegal Angela, provided me with the most professional and exceptional service. The minute I met them, I knew I was in the best hands. Allison’s knowledge of the law is superior, along with her experience. Both their communication and attention to detail is far above none. I knew I had an excellent team behind me providing me with the information and knowledge I needed to get through the process. I highly recommend Kapner & Kapner to anyone wanting an honest, fair, professional and quality attorney to represent them.

Wonderful, unbelievable. Allison Kapner is the BOMB! I never thought I would rate an attorney but I have to say positive things about her. I hope she hasn't sucumbed to the bs of being a lawyer. At the time I hired her she was a bargain and I didn't know it. I hope she hasn't changed her fee schedule. She is extremely intelligent and sees the "big picture." She is fair, honest, highly intelligent and doesn't waste time trying to create billable hours. Do you believe I got the highest quality legal advice in the world and then she actually RETURNED A PORTION OF THE RETAINER!!!!SHE RETURNED WHAT WASN'T USED ALL OTHER LAWYERS INVENT AND KEEP THE MONEY. SHE IS HONEST AND SO INTELLIGENT. She quickly wrapped up a complex matter in a professional manner. I can not believe I would recommend and attorney so highly but even though I know i was not her favorite client I called her for legal advice a couple years later and she was gracious, insightful, intelligent, wonderful!I highly recommend her
