I would not recommend to hire Jennifer as an your attorney. I hired her to negotiate a settlment I already had on a table, she promissed to do an agressive representation, and I paid her a retainer of $2,500 plus $325 consultation fee. In reality after first unreturned call to opposing counselor she suggested that we need to go to litigation and asked for $7,500 retainer. She made no effort to negotiate as she promissed, and she failed to perform as my counselor as well, I had to give her directions how to handle my case. She set a hearing for motion at my request and cancelled it without consulting with me. She uses abusive billing system, charging for everything like unanswered calls, e-mails saying "let's set a conference call", review of documents she never done nor she never used, etc. I released Jennifer from my case due to her lack of performance, and she still charged me after that, also she filed charging lien before she sent her final bill. Unethical and effortless attorney.

I had Mrs Waterway represent me and I feel blessed that I have found such a professional, intelligent, caring woman to help me and my child. She was so involved with my case that I felt that she stood by my side the entire time. Going through divorce is difficult and stressful. Ms. Waterway represented me in my divorce and child custody dispute. I felt blessed to have such a strong advocate for me during this difficult and stressful time. Not only did she handle the case effectively, but she gave me great advice in how to handle my composure throughout the process. This lawyer does a great job of keeping the client's interests first. She is cost effective because she is smart and efficient and gets to the point very quickly. She is tough and has more energy and creativity than others in her field. I have a lot of confidence in her ability to develop a plan, and her determination to make it happen.

Horrible!I recommend that this firm be shut down due to lies, malisciousness, and unethical behavior. I had to hire another attorney to undo the damage she caused through her immaturity, snide comments said under her breath which were simply meant to escalate what was a simple matter into a huge fee generator. People warned me that the firm she is with is gluttonous bulging with overpriced, overweight, overplastic sugeried attorneys who would literally lie, cheat, or steal and think too highly of themselves. Despite the warning, as a woman I wanted a female attorney. I was warned she was "young and dumb" but I gave her a chance. She infuriated my husband. She is immature, unintelligent, and maliscious. She said things under her breath which were slanderous, inappropriate, and escalated things. My four kids have been destroyed by the comments they witnessed her saying. When I confronted her she said her preschooler was driving her crazy & then she billed me for the time too!kids suffer
