Brad came to us as a recommendation. He asked for a $2,500 retainer and did nothing for us. Needless to say we chose to leave him behind as our lawyer and he paid us back some of the retainer, but we still had to request a itemized bill after the fact -- which he mailed to us. When a family finds themselves in front of the court and is reaching out to "experts" to protect them -- it is very disappointing when the family has to do all the leg work themselves. We do not recommend this lawyer esp. if it has anything to do with children.
