I agree with the other two reviews. My case has been held by firm for five years with no end in sight. My case was appointed to another attorney and then another one within firm. Appointed attorney does not communicate with me, nor did he show up for scheduled court hearing. He did not inform me he wasn't going to appear in court, but he did inform defendant attorney. I took day off work for nothing. I am sure Marc Shuman is very knowledgeable of personal injury law, but knowing and applying have two different meanings.

I have to agree with the other poster , Marc has dragged my case out way to long . Since I am not a Attorney I am going bye gut feeling on this , And turns out my gut was right settled my case 2 months after hiring a New Attorney

Marc Schuman has stretched out my case for the last 7 years. All he ever wants from me is to have tests repeatedly. He has so many comments most lawyers would not even say to a client. He refuses to get this case over with. I am begining to think that he is a ambulance driver instead of an attorney. Please some out there help me. Thank-You.
