Andrew Flier is the worst individual for your defense!! Never hire Flier, he is out there just for your money.
Where to begin.... I found myself in a situation in which I was being charged with a misdemeanor and needed capable representation. Keep in mind I had no criminal record of any kind before the aforementioned charges had been filed against me. I was unfortunately sent in the direction of Andrew Flier by a no longer trusted individual, and I made the bad decision to hire him. At my first meeting I presented Andrew with all paperwork associated with my case, and was quickly told that he knew exactly what happened and that he knew what his defense would be. At no point did he ask me for my version of what took place regarding the charges. He did however let me know that he could take on my case for $6000 dollars. Yes, you read that right.... a misdemeanor case with the max possible sentence being 6 months and he asked for $6000!!! Actually he asked for $7000 but said he would wo

Horrible attorney. Promised he would only take us to prelim - then did not even show up to court. He sent a public defense attorney as a substitute. Made the Judge angry and then waived the prelim. A HUGE MISTAKE as any competent lawyer will tell you. A THIEF WHO TOOK OUR MONEY AND THEN DID NOTHING!!
