He may know the law, but doesn't necessarily know how to work it for his clients benefit. Seems to want the quick solution rather than the well-reseached, thought-out solution. Requires a lot of money upfront, doesn't refund unused fees and quite often asks for more before finishing the work he's already been asked to handle. Additionally, hard to discuss a case or any concerns with him as he won't return phone calls until 5 p.m. on the evening before a hearing. Personally, when he saw all the horrible ways my ex-wife behaved, I think he saw dollar signs and took advantage of her failure to comply as en excuse to file more motions and cost me more money. I paid Pazner well over $40,000 for change of domicile and child support modification hearings that were never truly resolved. Considering this was all post-divorce, you'd think I'd already spent enough, but Pazner is great at not only charging, but finding reason to charge more money when his clients are at their most vulnerable.

Outrageously expensive but competent. Feels entitled to waste money and not listen to his clients. Will keep any unused money. The x had an attorney who cost a fraction of this guys fees and I felt the two were equal in knowlege. Although he did win the case for me. I felt he wasted thousands on things that had no bearing on the case. He then kept $560 left over money
