Clayton was my lawyer for 5 years and I only kept him so long because I didn't want to change lawyers and appear bad in front of the courts. Clayton wastes time, doesn't listen properly gives poor advise and has no balls! He is terrible with affidavits, and I always had to fix grammar errors constantly. He is such a bad lawyer he caused me to get my care and control lowered and I was ordered costs against me multiple times for his mess ups! DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! HE WILL RUIN YOUR LAWYER AND YOUR FINANCES

Beware this lawyer Ladies! He sold the case of my daughter! He made her in default by doing nothing! I heard that he is now facing a disciplinary action. For me disciplinary action only is not enough. He made my daughter sick because of so much stress. It is good now my daughter found a good lawyer.

Clay was amazing. it took me 7yrs to get rid of my ex and he was there every step of the way. stay the course, we stuck to the plan and through it all he was available, calming and polite until it was time to take the gloves off. having him in my corner was exactly what I needed. he told me the truth, provided a logical plan but took my requests into account. made sure I didn't lose my cool.

He went through my divorce with me and he won every round in court. I was in a bad situation with my ex. He lied, Clayton would catch him in every one and have it on tape in disposition. Mr Stewart represented me so well that before we walked into the court room, my ex's lawyers agreed to everything.

First of all he kept my husband and I waiting a whole hour in the waiting room. When we did get in to see him he would occasionally leave the room and it seemed like he was rushing us out. I make $85,000+ a year but he already assumed we could not afford him I'm assuming based on our appearance. Agorogant, condescending and unprofessional.

Clay is SPECTACULAR. I hired him for a challenging case when my ex filed a couple of crazy motions against me to get more CASH out of me. He told me on day one what my options were. 1 pay her off to shut up and hopefully she goes away or 2. fight her in court. He told me straight up which he would choose and why. FYI - option 2. He stuck to his guns and not only did he demolish my ex's motions he filed some on my behalf and won! He was straight up with me on day one. Told me what's it going to take, what's it going to cost and even what they outcome "should" be. He was RIGHT ON THE MONEY. Delivered exactly what he said he would. Not only did my ex get ZERO $ from me but I ended up getting some more $ from her. THanks to Clay's knowledge and persistence. He takes really good care of his clients. Highly recommend Clay Stewart.

Mr. Stewart is not only there for his clients with expertise, he is there 'heart and soul'. If you don't retain his services, you are missing out on the 'best' representation. He is by far 'the best'!
