Paid them a substantial amount for help in getting our brother here. They filed a few documents, then after nothing happened, they refused to answer any of our emails, telephone calls for a response on any kind of refund. Very unethical.

Overcharges by at least 30 percent. The visa app was declined due to his staff incompetence. Caused us huge stress!We ended up paying a LOT more because of it. Second attempt was successful but big hole in our pocket!
