She is not willing to inform us of any update. Already got payment of the fee, she only starts to file our brother case almost 4 months after the priority date arrived. Each time we ask for info about our brother pending case during that priority date, we have to beg her.If we do not ask, she not give us what she receives from the immigration. She also told us that we disturbing her and she had no time to see us. She did not ask us for all the documents needed before sending to the immigration services; but one after another when the immigration replied back that there was missing document. The copies from immigration responses we received (after requesting several times) showed that the reply by the immigration was returned several times (at least 2 - 3) b/c documents were incomlete. Mistake also made:she switched the name wrongfully btw the petitioner, and beneficiary. Since the priority date passed over, now we have to wait probably many more years before our brother comes over.
