Gretchen Miller was negligent and deceptive. She was impossible to reach by phone and email wasn't much easier. At first, she responded, to my 2 emails and made me wait for many months to learn that she was not going to do what she said she would. I gave her every opportunity to make good on her promise, but she continued pretend and delay everything. Gretchen demonstrated that she is not honest, nor trustworthy. I would not use her for anything.
