Of the 3 scenarios Atty Storm painted for me financially – I ended up with the worst scenario. As far as seeing my children, I got the minimum. 1 Night every 2 weeks and dinner once a week. The divorce decree may have ‘technically’ split everything tangible but basically I have nothing but a 31K IRA, part of my 401K, and part of my pension. As per the divorce decree, wife socked me with the credit card bills that I missed and feel Atty Storm should have caught before letting me sign. She racks up credit cards for 8 months to the tune of $8,000 and I have to pay that. This is absolutely disgusting, especially in light of what I have been paying her all along and what she is now receiving moving forward.
