Hired to do leave to appeal to supreme court of Canada and no one else could have done it better. I paid only portion of cost to apply for leave just to get an opinion what are the chances of making it he told me unlikely, showed he was honest.So i went ahead with the leave to appeal. Cost to apply for leave for a experienced lawyer does not get any better as he does not waste your money.He does the case law research ensures case is taken care the whole way.Until seeing the quality in Daryl provided i did not know how bad i got ripped off with first appeal lawyer.Hired for and was paid to do bail pending,conviction appeal,sentence appeal. I got a 20 minute hearing on conviction appeal after i got out on parole 16 months had passed into 30 month sentence. Delayed my appeal did not even try for bail pending appeal even though i paid for it and spent months telling him to. He was defeated before even stepped into the court room unlike Daryl who has a positive attitude and does all he can.
