Hiring Linda to represent me was one of the best decisions I ever made. Linda is very smart and professional. She is knowledgeable of the law and thorough.She was responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. She was easy to talk to and always listened to my concerns and addressed them. In court, the other attorney was really tough and intimidating, but Linda ran circles around him and got me a great result. I highly recommend Linda if you need an attorney. You will be in very good hands!

Linda is excellent. She changed the trajectory of my kids life. Upon my initial intake she listened intently, took great notes, and gave me a list of things do to assist her. It was a long road (18 months or so) but she fought for my rights to be in my kids life as if they were her own. It seemed as if she was working around the clock. Texting or emailing with new insight, strategies, POV's, day and night. She really helped me understand that the opposition will eat you alive if you are not thoroughly prepared. Details, every moment documented, we even went to a child psychologist to create an unbiased opinion of what's in the best interest of the children. In the end that's what its all about. She fought for justice and we won. Today, some 20 years later my kids are happy, well adjusted, productive members of society. My ex and I are cordial and I have not one regret for hiring Linda. -- Sorry for the one review that says she's not good. The opposite of my experience.

I completely disagree with the other reviewer. I can't say enough good things about Linda. My divorce was less than amicable, and she gave me the best advise and protected me at every turn. She always got back to me in a timely manner and when my funds ran low from my now ex-husband and his family constantly harassing me, she even set up a payment plan that was beyond reasonable. Even though it's been over 7 years since my divorce, I still keep in touch with Linda and consider her as a good friend.

You would be best served on legalzoom.com. Incompetence is too kind to describe this attorney's ability. You will have wasted your hard earned money to salvage your retirement funds. She is incapable of securing attorney fees. Shakes like a rabbit in front of a judge and has no litigation skills. Even after she has been fired by you, she will continue to bill you. An old retired attorney friend had stated to me, "I wish you had contacted me before you retained her, find yourself a 'real attorney' you are throwing away your money." Run the other way if you are given this name as a referral.
