I had a very positive experience with this attorney. The office was friendly and did a great job. Frank came to my home because I couldn't make it to the office and after hours too! I was surprised that this is a service that he offers. Having 2 little kids and not disrupting our schedule helped. My wife was really pleased. I received correspondence after the closing to know that it had been completed. A++

Absolutely terrible! Makes his staff do all his work and then shows up at closing with incorrect payoff amounts. Held up my closing for a week and ended up shorting me over 2,000 of which I have to fight to get MY own money back. Then during the closing tried acting like Dr Phil and asked me "how do u feel about closing on your house and having to pay to sell". Excuse me.. That's none of your business. You run numbers not counsel. Horrible!!
