I would NOT recommend Mark Cargill to anyone for representation! I have paid him $4000 for my divorce and have gotten nothing from him. My temporary orders were sent to me 6 weeks late and they were wrong. I still don't have my final divorce papers and I have been divorce for 2 months now. Furthermore, I can't get a return call back from his office from anyone. I have called several times in several weeks and left endless messages. I am at my whits end with him and his so called services!
