Gary Kirk is excellent lawyer and mediator. As a fellow practicing lawyer, I frequently refer clients to Gary for resolution, particularly in estate matters. Gary is practical, detailed, and ethical in his practice. He makes sure the details are covered, discussed, and understood, before he takes steps. Those are just some of the qualities that make him a superb lawyer. I have no hesitation recommending him and, in fact, I also refer frequently to Gary's firm for family law matters requiring attention to client needs, knowledge of the law, and excellent rates for the level of service that I know they get at Gary's office.

I was expecting a better knowledge base and more straightforward advice given all the fancy talk and the website this lawyer has. He is OK as a conversationalist but does not deliver.

Gary represented me in an ugly custody battle with my x. He did a fantastic job. He immediately understood exactly what was happening, gave sound advice, and put forth every effort. I felt I was being represented by someone who was interested in justice and not just getting paid.
