She refuses to refile a corrected deed in Curry County. Her original filing has clouded the title, and I cannot continue the subdivision with a clouded title. This has caused expensive delays. She also has sent me a letter commenting on my husband slamming him and telling me what a awful choice I made for Trustee and I had best reconsider and to remember that he will be handling my assets. We have been married for (37) years, and where is it her business to slander my husband? She had me sign a Trust for my assets, and I have no clue, nor were these papers explained to me. I am 54 and had a massive stroke, I don't know what else to say. Oh, she took every cent I had left at my accountants, leaving me with $0.00 for 2weeks in March of 2009. She still has not produced the change of Trustee papers for my husband. HELP!
