This Attorney was suspended from practicing law by The S.C. Supreme Court. One Justice said " he tends to pollute the administration of justice" He worked as an assistant solicitor under Greg Hembree in the 15th Circut in S.C. even after he was found guilty of misconduct. Also speaks of the quality solicitor in Horry County S.C. who would keep him working even after his suspension. He "upcharges" defendants who do not accept his guilty plea offer. He will go back and change your charge to a felony to intimidate defendant into pleading guilty. He resigned and now works for the Monckton Law firm in Myrtle Beach. He has a reputation of being dishonest and unethical. Check the S.C. Supreme Court web site, Office of Disciplinary Counsel and read about his reprimands and suspensions.
