I went to supporta friend of mine who was having a consult with Ms. Kulseth. I was quite taken aback by the unprofessional behavior and poor communication skills of this attorney. She was indeed quite rude and very antagonistic. She continually made inappropriate “jokes” about various parties of the potential case which I thought were highly unprofessional, if not unethical. Within the span of 20 mins Ms. Kulseth contradicted herself multiple times. When I pointed out that what she had asserted 5 mins prior was counter to what she was now saying, she became loud and defensive. Listening to her circular logic and nonsensical explanations was reminiscent of watching the Twilight Zone. Needless to say we left the consult early and my friend will continue to interview potential attorneys.
In my opinion, this person is not someone whom I would trust with anything of even small importance, much less a serious legal matter.

Ms. Kulseth seems to be most concerned about making money for herself than she is about practicing law. She repeatedly ignores statutes and family law rules in Pima Countyadding to the cost for everyone - and the paycheck for her. She is very VERY rude and unprofessional. She doesn't work well with others. She is a poor communicator and doesn't relay important messages to clients or get feedback from them before filing stuff. Worst of all, she is extremely dishonest and doesn't think twice about making things up to save herself from looking unprofessional, inept, and unprepared. Find another attorney, all you will gain from Ms. kulseth is a headache. You'll likely lose a whole lot of money ($300 an hour!) and your case. She'll try to sell you a dream, tell you what you want to hear, all to make a buck. Trust me, she will be your WORST MISTAKE!

I lost moving my jurisdiction because I listened to this stupid woman and now am at risk of losing my child to another state. I was told by this idiot that I couldn't file for separation before 90 days when, in fact, it specifically states the separation option is for those who have not met the residential requirement!
