I hired Attorney Yandrich to represent me in my case in Child Custody. He was always busy when I tried to discuss my case with him, I offered several times to call or come in person to go over the details from 3 weeks before the hearing date up until the day before the hearing. Come hearing date, he was totally unprepared for my case, was remarkably missing on major key points in my case, and even switched one of the facts between myself and my ex-husband. I asked him after the hearing what are my options to fix the mistake that he did, his answer was simply it is done, and we should start a new filing. Avoid at all costs!!!!

DID A GOOD JOB IN REPRESENTATION.DID NOT MAKE HIS FEES CLEAR FOR ONE CASE WE WERE TOLD THE PRICE THAT WAS CHARGED.HOWEVER AT THE TIME WE HIRED HIM FOR THE SECOND CASE WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE ONE PRICE,AFTER APPEARING TWO OR THREE TIME HE CALLED AND UP THE PRICE THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT WE WERE TOLD.WHEN ASKED WHY HE SAID HE TOLD US IT WOULD BE A SERTAN PRICE PER APPEARANCE INSTED OF CASE.HE GOT VERY IRATE WITH US .AND SAID WE COULD SCREW HIM OVER AND NOT PAY WE NEVER TOLD HIM WE WERNT PAYING JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW HE COULD UP PRICE THAT DRASTICLY .
