Aaron Smith should not be allowed to practice law. He basically held me and my family hostage during mediation talks and blackmailed us into settling that day. He threatened to go to the insurance company and say there was a loophole and there was no coverage if we didn't settle that day. He never met us face-to-face to tell us why his client, who was fully recovered from the accident, was worth as much as my dad who died. He said he wanted to split the policy 50/50 or he would go to the insurance company. I find this to be extremely insulting as we are the ones suffering a real loss. He put me and my family through hell that day when we already had enough to grieve about. He is an absolute DISGRACE to the profession!!!
