I never write a review but I have to post. I closed on my house on 4/12/12. I outright purchased the home. I still haven't received a deed. When I contact the government agency, they said they have never received any documentation. I have contacted the office on two separate occasions to investigate the issue. I am still waiting. It is quite absurd. I couldn't have made this process more easy. I guess that was the issue. It was too easy so the proper level of attention was not provided for the processs.

Chander is not a lawyer anyone should hire. Staff is rude, he himself never responds to emails or phone calls. It was as good as not having a lawyer.

This "lawyer" was a joke. NOT client focused at ALL very arrogant. Its a good thing that I was not buying a home for the first time. He was late to the closing and constantly sent incorrect doucments with errors.
