My experience is that Ms. Roberts likes to "play attorney," and not "be an attorney." She never returned a phone call, made multiple mistakes on written documents- addresses, terms of contract, etc.- and then would charge me additional fees to fix her own errors, failed to keep updated address records for me and the other party in my case, failed to provide notice of hearing, and seemed altogether disinterested or unwilling to represent my position or negotiate on my behalf. Rather than negotiate my position (which was strong), she went back and forth between each party, essentially being a mouthpiece for the other side. In my presence, her family law client, she stated to a group of people that she was "ready to get out of family law. It's just too stressful," and then mentioned something about their being more money in bail bonds. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money. It's been 11 months since I hired her, I have no signed final order, no return phone calls or e-mails. Beware!

Dawn was very attentive and completely involved in my case. She put forth more effort than any lawyer i have worked with previously. I have recommended her to serveral of my friends& family that have needed counsel. I feel like my money was well spent and like she was not only someone i paid to represent me, but someone I could rely on through lifes struggles.

From my personal experience, she has very little care for her clients. She showed up two hours late to my hearing. I was completely innocent of the crime I was accused of and they had no proof on me and I was still givin the maximum fine. She also had none of the information I needed.
