I would have to disagree with you on this. Mark handled a case about six years ago. He came to visit me every week, sometimes more than once a week, you don't see that in attorneys much once they get your money. Mark kept my family in the loop, had a drug addiction specialist evaluate me and worked very hard for me. On my court dates, when I was scared to death, Mark, even with bad news would look at me and tell a joke or something and it calmed me down. To see Mark in the courtroom he was remarkable. He fought like hell for me. I was facing six years for writing bad check or as the state calls it commercial burglery and he went into chambers with one of the hardest judges in Fresno and got me out on a program and then came all the way to Merced and handled the exact same case but in a different county for nothing extra. If there was an emergency, my gf would call him and he would be there in a heartbeat. Mark saved my life! A.Wooldridge

I found Mr. King to be unprepared, ineffective, and unresponsive. My guess is that he spent very close to zero time in the preparation of my case. He made a good sales pitch to get my business, but he turned out to be all talk. And after I paid him, I rarely heard from him. I honestly believe I would have done just as well using an inexperienced, stressed-out, over-worked public defender, and doing so would have saved me a lot money. After I gave him a poor review on another site, he began sending me a series of disturbing emails in which he called me names, attacked my character, and even made a threat. Wow. You decide if this is the guy you want.
