I CONTACTED MR. RUZA FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SHERIFF SALE ON MY HOME. I FELT AS IF THE MORTGAGE COMPANY WAS TREATING ME UNFAIRLY AND HAD NO WHERE TO TURN. WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS MR. RUZA HAD THE SHERIFF SALE POSTPONED AND BEGAN LOOKING IN THE MATTER. 2 MONTHS LATER WE ARE STILL IN OUR HOME AND MTG COMPANY HAS SEEN THINGS ARE WAY. MR. RUZA IS TRULY AMAZING AND PULLED OFF THE IMPOSSIBLE. MR. RUZA AND HIS STAFF ARE WELL GREAT WITH BEING PROMPT AND COMMUNICATE WELL. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES!

I liken Steve to Don Quixote, tilting against the Big Bank Windmills. What Steve did for me with Bank of America (the BIGGEST of the Big Banks) was nothing short of amazing: he got my $6500/month payment down to only $2500 !! Talk about tenacity: he must have submitted and re-submitted my paperwork a dozen times! Don't be confused when Steve talks to you about how INSANE the Big Banks are, how duplicitous they are and how they will do almost anything to keep from doing anything for you, the borrower. He is actually telling you the truth-- which makes him sound a little crazy. HE ISN'T!

Hi, we would like to thank Steven Ruza for getting us our Bank of America home loan modification. After trying several lawyers we finally were able to come to an agreement on our mortgage.
