Was very helpful in my divorce. Two other lawyers said to just give her the money. He knew we could win, and went to mediation several times to get the situation settled. He is very knowledgeable and clearly older, his experience is worth paying for. I'm not sure why he has bad reviews at all. I guess he doesn't ask for reviews or something and thus just the disgruntled type take the time to do these. Really great lawyer.

Got absolutely nothing accomplished yet cost me $27,000, NO Asset Division, Nothing remotely close to a legal settlement, never tried to reverse defamation of character, never got child support or spousal support for no reasons, he wanted more money $15,000 more to try. Despite 2 children and an emotionally abusive EX, he did nothing fir me. He just told me to walk away? Why? When one has been wronged in many ways with black and white proof? really he seemed stressed and lacked any motivation or drive, no email? No communication except from a lousy paralegal who was snippety and short. Hopeless! He should give up and retire. Did not have any passion nor care. He's a dud.

Absolutely amazing. Settled my divorce in a timely manner which was quite beneficial to me. Was available for personal talk, did NOT charge for everything and was available at my beckon call. Staff was courteous and respectful. He was referred to me by another lawyer. He gets down to business and knows what to do.

No communication. Rude assistants. Can't get anything done in a timely manner. Seems like he is on vacation more than he is actually working. If he would just put his head down for 5 minutes and try to resolve a case, I'm sure he would have less complaints. I would NEVER recommend this lawyer to anyone and may even take my complaint to the Law Society of BC.

He was recommended by another lawyer, but turned out to be a real dud. Never prepared for meetings; passive-aggressive - does one thing out of two then I got charged for having to send reminders to do the rest of the job. Legal assistants just as bad. A real procrastinator when it came to getting things done. After a year, he was back at day one having forgotten or omitted what transpired as the case progressed. His solution - give her the money. Probably burned out which is too bad as he's knowledgeable, but doesn't put this to use.

Did nothing for me despite his high rates. Have an impression that he worked against me rather than on my behalf. Definitely would not recommend his service
